Berlin – YPOG comprehensively advised the CRM and marketing automation manufacturer BSI, a portfolio company of the Swiss private equity investor Capvis, on the acquisition of inSign GmbH.

With the acquisition of the provider of digital signature solutions in the German insurance industry, BSI strengthens its market position in the DACH region in the banking as well as insurance sectors and will also offer new digital applications for a seamlessly integrated and automated customer process for other industries in the future.  

With the completion of the acquisition by the BSI Group, inSign will be carved-out from iS2 AG, a subsidiary of the insurance group die Bayerische.  

BSI already relied on a YPOG team led by Martin Schaper for the acquisition of Snapview at the end of 2021.
