Cologne, June 19 2025 – YPOG provided evolutiq with comprehensive legal and tax advice on the structuring of its first Search Capital Fund. The YPOG team, co-led by Sebastian Schödel and Andreas Kortendick, included Lennart Lorenz, Dr. Niklas Ulrich, Dana Franziska Ritter, Martin Braun, Maximilian Benke, Florian Thrun and Dr. Katharina Hornung. With its fund, evolutiq focuses on investments in search funds, through which search fund entrepreneurs identify and acquire small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for the purpose of business succession.
