Ciro advises companies and financial investors on financing rounds and M&A transactions. He also advises on corporate law and corporate reorganizations as well as on capital market law issues.
Education and Career
Ciro studied law in Berlin, Rome and London. Before joining YPOG, Ciro worked as a corporate and M&A associate with the German law firm Hengeler Mueller.
