YPOG has provided legal counsel to Personio on the acquisition of Munich-based recruiting AI startup aurio. With this transaction, Personio strategically expands its AI capabilities in recruiting and strengthens its product offering in the area of technology-driven talent acquisition.
Personio is a European HR software platform for small and medium-sized businesses, offering solutions for core HR processes such as recruiting, HR administration, and payroll. Through the acquisition of aurio, Personio expands its existing recruiting features with AI-based technologies to support search and selection processes.
aurio develops AI-powered recruiting technology that helps companies identify candidates more efficiently and automate selection processes to a greater extent. The technology will be integrated into Personio Recruiting and support the further development of the product in the area of intelligent recruiting workflows.
Most recently, YPOG advised Personio on the restructuring of its global employee participation program.
