Berlin, October 24, 2025 – YPOG has provided comprehensive legal advice to Quantum Systems on the acquisition of AI specialist Spleenlab. With this acquisition, Quantum Systems strengthens its technological foundation in artificial intelligence and positions itself strategically for the continued development of autonomous systems in defense technology. Spleenlab, based in Thuringia, develops AI-powered software solutions for safe navigation and decision-making in autonomous aerial vehicles. By integrating Spleenlab’s technology, Quantum Systems expands its capabilities in edge AI and real-time data processing, further enhancing the performance and operational safety of its drone systems under demanding conditions.
