Cologne/Berlin, August 26, 2025 – YPOG has advised European AI defense company Helsing on the establishment of a European Company (SE) holding structure and on corporate governance matters in this context.
The new corporate structure, with an SE as the holding company, underscores Helsing’s European identity and its commitment to Europe. The SE structure supports Helsing’s growth plans and facilitates the efficient management of international operations as well as further expansion across Europe.
YPOG recently advised Helsing on its EUR 600 million series D financing round.
