Cologne, May 22, 2025 - A YPOG team led by Dr. Johannes Janning has advised Circus SE, a leading technology company in AI-robotics for the food service industry, on the acquisition of FullyAI, a pioneer in agentic AI.
FullyAI’s platform will become the central intelligence layer of Circus’ AI infrastructure, enabling real-time decision-making, predictive maintenance, and highly personalized user experiences. By connecting billions of data points from Circus’ robotics systems, FullyAI powers a continuously learning and self-improving intelligence network. This acquisition marks a significant step toward Circus' vision of building the world’s first global nutrition intelligence system.
As part of the transaction, FullyAI’s engineering team and management will be integrated into Circus. Together, Circus and FullyAI will drive the continued development of the technological ecosystem — with the aim of scaling intelligent nutrition systems globally and further strengthening Circus’ position as a technological leader in autonomous food solutions.
