Berlin, December 5, 2025 – YPOG has provided legal counsel to Berlin-based healthtech company FORMEL Skin on its sale to MANUAL, the operator of the leading UK Healthtech platform. In this German-British cross-border transaction, YPOG worked closely with the UK law firm Walker Morris. The deal marks an important milestone for one of Europe’s leading players in digital dermatology and highlights the growing importance of digital business models in the European healthcare market.
Following the acquisition, MANUAL and FORMEL Skin will collaborate to integrate their technologies, medical expertise, and patient care models into a single, connected healthcare platform. In the coming months, the group plans to launch new services globally, with a particular focus on building the most advanced offering for weight management patients in Germany. Together, they aim to advance their shared mission of making proactive and personalized healthcare accessible to everyone.
Both parties have agreed to keep the purchase price and other financial details of the transaction confidential.
