YPOG advises Augmented Industries on successful pre-seed financing round worth EUR 4.5 million
Berlin, October 1, 2025 – YPOG provided comprehensive legal advice to Munich-based AI start-up Augmented Industries on structuring and executing a pre-seed financing round worth EUR 4.5 million. The round was led by b2venture, with participation from 1st Kind by Peugeot Family, xdeck, DnA Ventures, and several business angels from the industrial sector, including BMW and Siemens.
Augmented Industries has developed a “Flow Tool,” an AI-powered platform designed to support industrial technicians in complex manufacturing environments. The tool helps create step-by-step instructions and training materials up to eight times faster.

YPOG advises Energy Robotics on USD 13.5 million Series A financing round
Cologne, October 10, 2025 – YPOG has provided comprehensive legal advice to Darmstadt-based deeptech company Energy Robotics on its USD 13.5 million Series A financing round. The round was co-led by international investors Blue Bear Capital and OGCI Climate Investments, with participation from Futury Capital, Hessen Kapital, Kensho VC, and TADTech.
Energy Robotics develops an AI enterprise platform for autonomous devices that enables fleets of robots and drones to operate safely and efficiently across the oil and gas industry. Its AI-powered software helps operators reduce operating costs by up to 40 percent while improving safety and uptime. The platform is already deployed by global companies including Shell, BP, Repsol, BASF and E.ON.

Berlin, October 20, 2025 – YPOG provided comprehensive legal advice to Munich-based venture capital investor Senovo on the seed financing round for B2B tech company findIQ. The Herford-based startup raised over USD 4 million in its financing round, accelerating its international expansion into the US.
findIQ, founded in 2022, is developing an AI-based knowledge platform for industrial machine and plant service. The solution captures and structures the expert knowledge available in companies and makes it available at the right moment via an intelligent assistance system. With its technology, findIQ helps to reduce time and costs in fault diagnosis by up to 70 percent and compensates for knowledge loss due to the shortage of skilled workers.
With this financing, findIQ is building a local team in the US to support global customers such as Siemens, Phoenix Contact, and Elopak with their international rollout and to directly serve new partners such as Kulicke & Soffa on site.
